Not going to need those winter coats in South Georgia for a while now! We have been brushing all our horses the past few weeks to help them shed that extra hair now that the days are plenty warm. The community came together last Thursday to commemorate and celebrate the 30 years of leadership development hosted by the Greater Vidalia Chamber.

The evening was truly memorable. The highlight of the night for us was our magnificent Mustang, Max. Max graced us with his presence, allowing everyone the chance to meet him and capture the moment with selfies. He was simply perfect, and we couldn’t be prouder of him 🥰

📸 🏌️🐴

What a fantastic evening we had this past Saturday hosting @gamecockmgolf on the ranch! After their 2nd round at the @schenkelinvite in nearby Statesboro, the team enjoyed a visit to the ranch for some dinner, socializing with the mustangs and even a little coaching session. It was all good vibes as the team was able to meet the mustangs and learn about their history and what we are doing here to help (horses and humans). After dinner, junior @nathanfranks_ stepped into the roundpen with our superstar Chanty for a lead rope exercise. Nate did an awesome job building a connection with Chanty and was able to lead her without a rope by the end of the session 😊

Very appreciative to be able to share our work with such a fantastic group of student-athletes and coaches!

Also, big congrats to Nate for going out on Sunday and winning the individual portion of the tournament, and well played to the team who improved after each round to finish in 5th place!

Best of luck to the Gamecocks Men’s Golf Team the rest of the Spring and we can’t wait to see them again on the ranch soon!

We had a wonderful time at the Greater Vidalia Chamber 30th Leadership Reunion last night! We met some wonderful new friends from the community as well as getting to hang out with some old friends. Our star of the night was our beautiful Mustang, Max. Max tagged along and gave people a chance to meet him and take selfies— he was perfect, and we are very very proud of him 🥰
Way to go Max!!

What a joy it was to have @gsu_mgolf here on the ranch this weekend! The team stayed overnight on the property and were able to experience a few coaching sessions alongside our wonderful horses as well. (Chanty and Ginger were AWESOME as always :)

Competitive golf is an incredibly demanding sport, especially on the mental side. Working alongside our horses helps illuminate hidden obstacles and insights, allowing golfers to play their best more often. Beyond the golf performance coaching, horses just help us be better people as well. We are thrilled that Jordon, Gareth, Connor, Daniel and Cam as well as Coach Wilson and Coach Edgar were able to take part.

Sending all the good vibes to GSU and all the other Men’s and Women’s golf teams across the country who are embarking upon their spring seasons!
