Our Team Development will include exercises involving horses in various settings, such as interacting with a herd of wild, half-tamed and tamed Mustangs out in the pasture. As a team, you will be observing and interacting with the herd in order to understand what makes the herd work so well together. 

Other sessions will include team exercises in the arena or one-on-one coaching, where team members will be paired with a horse selected by WMR in order to reveal certain strengths and weaknesses and to promote growth both for the individual and the team.
